Melissa’s new FREE program
From January 2023, Melissa ran a free-testing boot camp to try out her idea.
I tested it out in January because I thought, “New year, new you!” you know, people are open to that more, and it went just incredible! (Melissa Vogel)
The course was called “Reignite” because she knew that people have the drive and urge to achieve their dreams already, it’s that sometimes motivation and consistency fall by the wayside.
The women that started in January, they built their metaphorical car by February, and then they joined my official program in March and they are kicking ass. (Melissa Vogel)
Your vision is the very first step
Melissa’s four main pillars of transformation start with the vision: you need to have an idea of who you want to become.
Who is that person? What is the vision that you have for yourself? Because, if you don’t know where you want to go, you’ll never end up anywhere. (Melissa Vogel)
It is okay if the vision that you have for yourself is changing, that’s even a good thing because it shows that you currently are changing and growing too!
However, you need to have a direction in which to travel so that you can track your progress and see how far you have come.
It’s not you telling us the vision, it’s us coming up with our own that’s so fucking powerful. (Veronica Cisneros)
Is this boot camp right for you?
You need to determine your why. Do you want to make a positive change in your life? What do you want to change, and why?
It’s hard, and it can be emotional. I always say that your vision and your why, they’re like next-door neighbors they have to go hand-in-hand because why? What’s your purpose? Why even do this? … when we really start diving into it, they’re like, “Because I’m fucking miserable”. (Melissa Vogel)
Is the person who you currently are not a true reflection of your potential, or of the life that you want for yourself? The state of your current life is because you have not been taking care of “you”, and it’s about time it changed.
If you know, feel, and want that positive change, then this boot camp is for you.
Collect the data
When it comes down to truly understanding how your body works, and what makes you feel energized and nourished while not restricting yourself, you need to collect data.
You’ve got to spend some time understanding, “What do you currently eat now? What is your regular, normal eating day? Log that and write it on a piece of paper. (Melissa Vogel)
In the boot camp, women are taught to really understand why being aware of their food consumption is important.
Remember, with food, you have to be patient. Any radical overnight or sudden changes often lead you to do a full circle and go right back to your habits before. If you have real change, you need to take small, consistent, and sustainable steps.
Leveling up your mindset
The quality of your self-love, self-worth, and the decisions you make mindset all come down to your mindset.
If you don’t love yourself or see your worth or your value … and just hammer down, you’re not going to show up for any of that positive change, you’re still going to get put at the bottom of your list over and over again. (Melissa Vogel)
A bad mindset can impact anybody, regardless of the level of their job or their income, or their daily routine. To get anywhere good in life, and to experience the whole goodness of life, you need to level up your mindset.
See challenges as opportunities, welcome change as growth, and know that you can cultivate enough self-love to commit to doing tough things because you know that you are worth that effort.

Meet Veronica Cisneros
Hello, my name is Veronica Cisneros, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Marriage Coach, Course Creator, Retreat Host, Mother of 3, married for 23 years, host of the Empowered and Unapologetic podcast, and owner of a group private practice called Outside The Norm Counseling.
A lot of couples struggle with setting aside intentional time to connect and communicate. They yearn for meaningful conversations that don’t lead to arguments.
1 month away from divorce, I realized I had to do something different. For years I had compromised myself to meet the needs of my husband and my child, I lost myself and was about to lose my marriage. After years of personal growth and self-reflection, I not only reclaimed my identity, and celebrated 23 years of marriage but also helped hundreds of couples transform their marriage from feeling like roommates to experiencing a deeper love.
I am on a mission to help couples reignite the fire by providing them with the skills to have the relationship they deserve.
Whether you listen to the podcast, join the free Facebook community, or do the Workshop, you’re in the right place. Let’s do this together!
